Residential Mediumship Week

20-25 January 2023

St Clement's Monastery, Galong, NSW

Through mediumship and the power of the Spirit, bringing the message of the reality of the eternal Spirit that the physical and spiritual are One World - part of each other.

Join us on this residential mediumship week to move and inspire you to be the best representative you can be for the One World of Spirit.

Strengthening your Soul and the expression of the gifts of your Spirit.

A quick brief....

We ask our participants to arrive from 4pm on 20th January at St Clements.  Time for you to settle in, have some dinner and be ready to go for our evening opening session.  On 25th January we finish around midday, feed you lunch and send you on your way.

The days are full and go into the evening.  Be prepared for full on days, meditation, too much food, theory, practise, and when you need it moments of solitude. There is no competition amongst the At One Events students, encouragement of everyone at every level is key.  No matter where you consider yourself to be on the path of development you'll be catered for (by that we mean 'pushed').

There's a pool at the Monastery so you can bring your swimmers!  January is hot so dress accordingly and if you like the outdoors - bring your walking shoes.  We're out in the country, wifi is limited but nature is plentiful.  There's not a lot in our immediate vicinity and a trip to the closest shop requires a car!  Who wants to go shopping on a mediumship week anyway (especially when there's 5 meals a day - we kid you not)?

Rooms are comfortable but not quite 5 star (it is a monastery after all), there are communal gathering places with an endless supply of tea/coffee, fruit and biscuits.

You are welcome to bring whatever makes you feel comfortable - your special pillow, your chocolate stash, and even a bottle of the 'other' Spirit.  Just remember you have to lug it to your room - this is not a concierge kinda place.  How many hotels have their own labyrinth though?

For those who are new to At One Events, a long administration email will find its way to you before the mediumship week to ensure everything is covered!

Are there other places lined up?

There have been a number of queries already (you know who you are Melbournians) about possible workshops elsewhere with Paul in January 2023.  They are up for discussion and we will keep you posted. Of course, if you have a church, venue or suggestions, don't hesitate to get in contact.  Email Sarah at info@atoneevents.com.au

The Fine Print (Terms and Conditions)

It's been a rocky road for everyone and we have all learnt that things can change at very short notice over the last few years. So it's even more important that you get up close and personal with the terms and conditions.

Registration, Cost and Cancellations

There is a $300 registration fee which is non refundable and confirms your booking. Cancellations must be in writing and incur the loss of the registration fee.  Cancellations from (and including) 6th January 2023 will incur the loss of the total cost of the event. Should At One Events cancel the event, full refunds (not including credit card booking fees) will be provided.

Please note that after 7 years since our inception, there has been a price increase reflecting increasing costs.

Accommodation

There are 2 room options - ensuite and non ensuite.  Some rooms will have 2 single beds, others will have double beds.  The ensuite rooms sell out quickly and are allocated on a first come basis (first comes = registration fee is paid).  The non ensuite rooms are co located with the public bathrooms.  Ensuite rooms $2195, non ensuite $1995 inclusive of catering and tuition. (**ENSUITE ROOMS NOW SOLD OUT**)

COVID 19

St Clement's Monastery requires that all attendees have been vaccinated for COVID 19 as part of the Redemptorist Policy that they are obligated to.   You will need to produce a copy of your Australian Government Covid 19 Certificate demonstrating the first 2 vaccinations (as a minimum) on arrival at St Clements.

Dietary Options

St Clement's Monastery caters for the following specialised requirements: vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. They are unable to accommodate other specific dietary requirements. Please take this into consideration prior to booking. You are welcome to supplement the country style food with your own supplies and there are limited communal fridges available.

Getting to St Clement's Monastery

On past retreats we've had a plethora of kind hearted Canberrans willing and able to help out with transport from Canberra Airport to Galong.  As our demographic changes this is no longer a guaranteed option for At One Events to utilise. If there is sufficient need, we will seek to assist with a mini bus which is an out of pocket expense for those requiring it.  Most of our Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne friends elect to drive but if this isn't an option for you, we'll do our best to assist you.

You've read the fine print and you're ready to register, hit the button, fill in the details and we'll get an invoice out to you.
